− Já havia ficado neste hotel, e até então era básico sem nada a reclamar. Desta vez, logo no checkin, não tive a atenção necessária. Havia feito uma reserva e depois decidi fazer de uma nova diária antecipando a entrada, tanto para mim, quanto para minha mãe que era outro quarto. Disseram que a minha mãe mesmo estando em uma mesma categoria de quarto, deveria trocar de quarto, o que argumentei que não fazia sentido, pois se não trata-se de quarto diferente, ela poderia ficar no mesmo. O atendente disse que somente no outro dia para verificar com a gerência. Isso porque chegamos a noite, só éramos nós, já tínhamos cadastro e o checkin demorou mais de 30 minutos. No outro dia foi resolvido, e reinou o bom senso. Durante a estadia busquei o atendimento de impressão de documentos na recepção, e foi me dito que existia, passou o valor, e pediu que enviasse em determinado número de whatsapp. Assim fiz, e disse que iria no quarto enquanto imprimia. Passado 20 minutos, voltei e o atendente disse que estava fazendo "outras coisas" e que não havia impresso, que esperou eu voltar. Como eu já tinha compromisso, fiquei sem a impressão.

− A televisão do quarto estava com problema de som, mas como ficaríamos só uma noite usamos o computador mesmo, se eu tivesse falado com a recepção certamente eles resolveriam.
