Centralt, knappt 10 min från busstationen. Incheckningen kan göras väldigt sent på natten också . Rummet var fint och välstädat. Det kändes lite som om man var i ett rymdskepp.

− Jag var för trött på att fokusera på den erbjudna frukosten mot betalning, vilket jag trodde ingick i priset. Det visade sig var det separat.

Location

− At first, we were excited because the location is very central. Then we had our first encounter with the reception guy, and our stay at Galaxy Hotel started off questionably. My husband and I asked him for two room key cards because we would have different schedules the next morning (we arrived very late, around 2 a.m.), and he said he did not have any extra room key cards for us! After I asked how that was possible, he just said he would personally open our room door for us if needed the next day. Super weird! The second night, we arrived back at the hotel very late after attending a wedding and asked the same receptionist if he had any bottled water, as everything nearby was already closed. He immediately said, "No!" When I asked how it was possible that a hotel didn't have any water to offer its guests, he stared at me for a few seconds and then said, "Oh, I do have some, but it's hot!" We told him we would take it anyway since we had no other option, and he ended up giving us room-temperature water—not hot at all. It was a very strange and unprofessional interaction. The next day, we asked if we could leave our luggage somewhere after check-out, and guess what? There's no room for that, even though they advertise it on their website! He told us to leave our luggage by the entrance under the staircase, where literally anyone could walk into the hotel and steal it. No name tags, nothing just leave them there. When we return for them another receptionist, this time a woman, did not even look at us, it could have been anyone taking our luggages! Horrible experience. Very bad staff who did not even show the slightest bit of empathy for our concerns. They clearly did not care! And I didn't even mention the mold in the tiny bathroom or the ceiling that was collapsing. Do not book this hotel. It's better to spend 20 euros more and stay somewhere better.
