9.0Ayant connu un problème de clim dans la chambre qui nous était destinée, la direction a tout mis en œuvre pour nous offrir une alternative adéquate à nos demandes. Cet effort notoire est à souligner et mérite une visite ultérieure.
− 38° dehors et sans clim c’eut été invivable.la solution proposée ne fut pas parfaite mais on y decelait la bonne volonte

5.0− All’arrivo abbiamo aspettato tre quarti d’ora prima che arrivasse la persona per aprire la struttura. Abbiamo dovuto telefonare per avvertirla che eravamo arrivati.

6.0Personnel était aimable, la chambre, rénovée, n’avait apparemment pas encore été occupée et donc était propre,
− mais par ces chaleurs, la clim était en panne, et ouvrir la fenêtre, faisait rentrer des odeurs de chaudière, de mazout, et c’était bruyant. Le tarif est très très largement exagéré. J’aurais pu passer la nuit et petit déjeuner dans un ibis tout aussi confortable pour 50 € de moins.
