− The staff's behavior was disappointing. Upon our arrival, the hotel executive demanded additional payment, which was unacceptable. It was not a pleasant stay. Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel refused to provide a room and demanded additional payment. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service!
