− Хочу поделиться отзывом относительно политики отеля по размещению с домашними животными (pet-friendly). С одной стороны, приятно, что отель позволяет проживание с питомцами до 10 кг. Однако сама реализация этой услуги вызывает вопросы. За проживание собаки взимается доплата 500 грн, при этом для животного не предоставляется абсолютно никаких условий — ни лежанки, ни мисок. На мой взгляд, если взимается дополнительная плата, это должно подразумевать какой-то сервис для питомца, чтобы он чувствовал себя полноценным гостем. Если же эти 500 грн рассматриваются как страховка от возможных повреждений, то сумма в 500 грн вряд ли покроет серьезные убытки в случае инцидента. Я бы рекомендовала отелю пересмотреть эту концепцию. Было бы гораздо логичнее либо сделать проживание с животными бесплатным при условии отсутствия ущерба, либо взимать возвратный депозит при заселении. Это было бы честнее по отношению к гостям и позволило бы владельцам животных комфортнее планировать свой отдых. Надеюсь, мой отзыв будет полезен для улучшения качества вашего сервиса.
