4.0Naprawdę pyszne śniadania. Duży wybór i możliwość zjedzenia na tarasie z widokiem na jezioro. Lokalizacja rownież na plus. Największym plusem byla obecność zwierzaków, widać, że koty kochają to miejsce.
− Niestety przy rezerwacji kompletny brak informacji o nieczynne strefie spa... smsa dostalam dopiero po zapłacie.. teraz dopiero pojawiła się oficjalna informacja na bookingu. To bardzo nie w porzadku . Przed zameldowaniem byly orzed nami dwie panie, ktore rowniez byly oburzone brakiem informacji o nieczynnym basenie, bo rowniez rezerwowaly na booking. Pani w recepcji ptwarcie powiedziala, ze na booking tej informacji nie ma. A co.do pań z recepcji...no niestety nie są zainteresowane pracą. Obrażone, że gość przychodzi i pyta lub czegoś potrzebuje. Tylko jedna pani byla sympatyczna i nie sprawiała wrażenie, że pracuje za karę. Niestety sam hotel potrzebuje remontu. O ile łóżka naprawdę bardzo wygodne, tak prowizoryczne drzwi od lazienki proszą o wymianę. Tak samo pokruszone płytki, czy obdrapane ściany. Niestety łazienka i toaleta to największe zmory tego pobytu, bo wyglądały naprawdę obskurnie. Nie bylo pogody, wiec poszliśmy z dziecmi do bawialni pograć w bilarda. Na drzwiach napisane, że czynne do 22. Mocno się zdziwiłam jak przed 18 przyszła Pani i nas wygoniła, bo będą zajęcia jogi. W trakcie gry, z rozłożonymi kulami na stole musieliśmy wyjść. Trochę słabe. Jak braliśmy w recepcji kije, to nas nikt nie poinformował. Pani to już w ogole tam stała za karę, że śmieliśmy przyjść po te kije.
