− Schmutzig, dreckig, niemand ist verantwortlich. Und Booking interessiert es auch nicht. Hotel und Booking keine Kulanz. Geld weg.

Mauvaise expérience, des gens irresponsables, il ont annulé notre réservation alors qu'on a déjà pay

− Je trouve l'hôtel est irresponsable, nous avons réservé 2 chambres et nous avons effectué le paiement sur booking et lorsqu'on est venu ils nous ont dit qu'il n'y'a pas de place même si vous avez une réservation et puis ils ont annulé notre réservation,

De locatie

− De foto's op de site komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Smerig en klein. De kamers werden niet schoongemaakt, de kraan van de wasbak lekte, de wc bril zat met een elastiekje vast. Het bed was wankel, er zat een poot los... Dit alles hebben we gemeld maar ze deden er niets mee. Het ontbijt was karig, weinig keuze. Uitzicht naar buiten zoals vermeld was er niet.

Der Standort ist sehr zentral. Das Hotel ist von außen sehr modern und das Personal einfach nur spitze. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und warm empfangen. Es wurde sich immer vergewissert, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir etwas benötigen. Für ein Tee/Kaffee oder ein gutes Gespräch war das Personal immer zu haben sowie Tipps und Insider. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber völlig ausreichend. In beiden Zimmern befanden sich eine Klimaanlage sowie ein Fernseher. Sofern man das möchte, kann man täglich die Zimmer reinigen lassen. Genau gegenüber vom Hotel ist ein 24/7 Minimarkt sowie alles was man benötigt wie z.B. Restaurants, Cafés, noch mehr Minimärkte, Wechselstube, Supermarkt etc. Meiner Meinung nach sind die Fenster auch gut isoliert, da man in der Nacht bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum Geräuschkulisse hatte. Gerne wieder. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.
