Overall, despite a few inconveniences, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the hotel’s cleanliness, great location, and the
7.0On the positive side, the hotel was clean, and its location was perfect for my needs. The staff were also amazing—friendly, helpful, and very cooperative.
− The corridors and lobby weren’t air-conditioned, which was quite uncomfortable, especially during the current heatwave. The card payment (Visa) machine wasn’t working, so I had to pay in cash. I was also disappointed to find that the old swimming pool had been closed, and the hotel is currently constructing a new one.
The reception treatment does not take into account the customer's age and comfort.
4.0The customer arrives exhausted from his travels. He is forced to pay immediately and goes out in the sweltering heat to change the money and make the payment. The strangest treatment I have ever seen.
