− internet connectivity was not good but it was a perfect place to stay. I'll definitely come back!
Overall, the stay was ok. The nearby resto was bery convenient and they deliver to the room. I will stay here again.
7.0Location. Almost midway from Bicol to our place.
− TV is very slow and always “loading”, we did not get a chance to watch anything. WIFI fluctuates and is not that stable even with a mesh.

Disappointing, maybe if they kill the roach and fix the flow of water in the shower head people will start to show up
