7.0J'ai malheureusement été déçue par mon séjour, principalement à cause de la salle de bain et de quelques manques dans l'accueil. La douche pose un vrai problème : le robinet n'a pas de douchette, c'est un simple mitigeur fixe. L'eau coule donc directement contre le mur, et impossible de se placer dessous pour se laver correctement, tellement le jet est collé à la paroi et au robinet de réglage de température. Les distributeurs de savon et de shampooing étaient complètement vides, et la porte de la douche ne fermait pas à mon arrivée. La climatisation pose aussi problème : impossible de régler la température, on peut seulement l'allumer ou l'éteindre. Réglée à 21 degrés, elle rendait la chambre vraiment trop froide. Autre souci : la prise à côté de la table de chevet ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai laissé mon téléphone branché toute la nuit pour me retrouver le matin avec seulement 4 % de batterie. Côté accueil, un petit mot nous renvoyait au livret d'accueil censé se trouver dans la chambre, mais celui-ci était introuvable. J'ai donc dû appeler la réception pour des informations de base : la présence d'un dîner le soir, le mot de passe Wi-Fi… Le kit d'accueil ne proposait que du café, sans thé ni tisane. Concernant le petit déjeuner, la communication a manqué. À mon arrivée, c'est moi qui ai dû aborder le sujet : j'avais vu sur le site qu'il était sur réservation, sinon on ne m'en aurait pas parlé. J'ai demandé moi-même s'il fallait réserver et à quelle heure. Le matin, ma table n'était pas prête et on m'a demandé pourquoi je venais. On ne m'a pas non plus demandé au moment de réserver si je voulais un petit déjeuner continental ou américain : je me suis retrouvée avec des viennoiseries alors que j'aurais préféré une option salée avec des protéines.

10.0LA chambre est très bien insonorisée. Elle est spacieuse. Le réceptionniste est très agréable et rend service avec le sourire.
