2.0One of the dirtiest places I’ve ever seen. To be honest, this isn’t a hotel,it’s more like a poorly maintained, low-budget hostel. There was no air conditioning, and the smell of sewage was unbearable throughout the property. The towels were left on the bathroom floor, and everything felt dirty and neglected. The entire place smelled awful. I couldn’t stay there and decided to leave immediately. The positive reviews don’t reflect my experience at all. Don’t fall into this trap,save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.
charged my card for a no prepayment stay

− The day before my check in, Hotellino charged my card for the full stay even though my reservation was a no prepayment (pay at the property)reservation. I had to contact booking.com to cancel my reservation because I couldn't trust the hotel anymore. On check in day, they tried to charge my card again but for the first night only since their first attempt at charging my card wasn't successful. Then, one of the hotel's employees contacted me, and was very rude to me when I informed her that I want to cancel because of they breached the agreement, and I couldn't trust them.

7.0Lokalizacja super, większość miejsc wartych odwiedzenia w zasięgu piechotą, Pałac Topkapi, Cysterna Bazyliki, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazar. Blisko do metra, na prom i na tramwaj. Jest winda, obsługa recepcji uśmiechnięta i sympatyczna.
− Brudna szyba ( ptak zapaskudził) poprosiłam o umycie i Pani tylko troszkę zeskrobała. Śniadanie w sumie dobre ale mały wybór. Kawa niedobra. Gorąca woda pomieszana z kawą bo urządzenie było nieszczelne. Budynek już zaczyna wymagać remontu.
