Velvet Centro Historico
6.0Really good location, but at the check in they weren’t ready. We had to wait around 40 minutes until they got our room ready. Breakfast is included but is 6 blocks away since the restaurant is located in the second velvet location. The room was clean but they only have one charger plug available. The hotel has lots of improvement to do.
