2.0The hotel didn’t have my reservation and was overbooked . I checked in at 10 pm , so I have to drive around to find a new Room in a town with 3 hotels . Unprofessional and terrible service !

− Kitchen was lacking in everything: pans, silverware, etc. They brought me a few things when I asked. Really strange that the kitchen is empty
