10.0The staff were really helpful. If you are looking for good decent value with quality this place is the place to go. I wasn't expecting much but loved every part of the rooms and the service. Of course it's not 5 star level however considering the price it is absolutely fantastic. Free breakfast as well!

9.0Breakfast was excellent -- good choice -- full Palestinian breakfast with good coffee. I really liked the location. About 10 min walk from Nativity Square on a side street away from the touristy area. Local neighbourhood is Palestinian, not touristy,and has everything you need.As well, it is close (700m) to the bus stop for the 231 bus to Jerusalem. My room was on the street side, and it was quiet after about 9 pm. Back side of building even quieter. I very much liked that it was a family run hotel. the owners were kind, welcoming, and did everything they could to make sure I felt at home. They are facing enormous challenges in the current economic / political situation, but their Palestinian hospitality shines through as well as their graciousness. Huge respect for them.
