Extremadament malament, dels putjors hotels. No es mereix ni una estrella. El personal és lo millor que té.
2.0El personal és entregat i han intentat fer el que han pogut.
− L’aire acondicionat és molt feble, no hi havia aigua calenta, no tenien secador de cabell i després d’insistir molt, el van aconseguir (gràcies al personal). No ens van fer absolutament cap gest per comensar res. Molt decebuts!!!

− La clime ne fonctionné pas. Il nous ont fais payer l'excursion à la jeep sens nous prévenir que s'était payant part avance. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas au top.

9.0L'emplacement de l'hotel est impeccable, la vue est splendide. Le staff nous a organisé une visite de la source lala haya, un endroit secret plongé au coeur des montagnes, certes le trajet est difficile mais il mérite d'être visité. Les chambres sont propres et permettent une vue impeccable sur la verdure qui entoure l'hotel. Le personnel à l'écoute, généreux et toujours présent pour n'importe quelle demande. Hate de séjourner encore une fois dans ce merveilleux hotel.
