− I booked a room three days in advance. On the booking date, the hotel contacted me to confirm my arrival and informed me that the room was ready. I told them I would arrive by 4:30 PM, but due to some work, I reached the hotel at 5:30 PM. When I arrived, they had given my room to someone else and complained that I was late. They then gave me a poor-quality room for $51, which I felt was only worth $8-10. I am very disappointed.
