10.01 star-hotel, 5 star- services, we enjoyed the stay so much. The hospitality of the owners, the kindness of staff and the cleanliness created a perfect stay. It is a quiet hotel in town, really central! Good sized room and bathroom. The hotel host provided many optional tours, good breakfast with fresh buffet, unlimited fresh fruits and drinks.

10.0I really liked the location and staff. It's a basic hotel but well located, clean with comfortable bed. I liked the lobby - you could sit and work inside or chill on a little patio at the front. Vang Vieng is busy and noisy so this place felt like a little oasis. I had the most beautiful view from my room. Staff was also very helpful and pleasure to chat with. Breakfast was simple, but tasty with fresh fruits and optional drinks.
− Slippery stairs to top floor. You have to be careful!

8.0Nettes vietnamesischen Gastgeberpaar. Hier hab ich mich gleich wieder aufgehoben und zu Hause gefühlt. Buchung von zug und Touren, absolut kein Problem wird vor Anreise schon gemacht und vor Ort nochmals finalisiert. Frühstück passt und ist ausreichend. Im Haus selbst ist es sauber.
− Leider waren die Betten für meinen Fall extrem zu hart.

5.0L’emplacement est bien. La vue depuis notre chambre était très sympa, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sous forme de buffet.
− Cependant, quelques améliorations seraient nécessaires au niveau du confort et des équipements. La chambre disposait d’une télévision, mais elle ne fonctionnait pas : aucune chaîne, aucun signal, donc elle ne nous a pas vraiment servi. Nous avions une chambre avec deux lits simples, et les matelas étaient malheureusement très inconfortables. On sentait beaucoup les ressorts. La salle de bain était aussi assez rustique et mériterait d’être améliorée. Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est ok mais ne vaut pas un 9,6. Au vu de notre expérience personnelle, nous ne comprenons pas totalement cette note très élevée sur Booking.
