9.0Os funcionários, sem exceção, muito simpáticos e prestativos. Tudo bem limpo (roupa de cama, toalha, ambiente) e meu quarto tinha instalações reformadas. Chuveiro elétrico muito bom e tomadas sinalizadas com a voltagem. Café da manhã bem servido, variado e bem gostoso. Servem pratos montados também com qualidade e preço excelentes. Localização muito boa.
− Apenas uma questão de melhoria: instalar uma duchinha higiênica e utilizar lixeira maior no banheiro. Deixando claro que são apenas melhorias e que eu realmente gostei do hotel e voltarei a me hospedar lá se voltar à cidade.

− Pessoas que não respeitam o silêncio o hotel deveria ter mais exigência e ponir pessoas que não respeita o silêncio dormimos muito mal a noite por causa do barulho dos outros apartamentos

− Tinha mofo no banheiro E um pouco no quarto. As portas dos quartos são próximas, sem isolamento acústico. De madrugada, ouvi 4 vezes abrirem as portas com molho de chaves e acordava... dormi muito mal.
