・室内は個別空調で冷房されています。 ・室内は充分に広く、バスルームはさらに清潔で機能的です。直射日光が入らない構造の部屋で、暑い夏には助かりました。 ・2階には快適な共用パティオテラスがあり、ティータイム等で活用できます。 ・最寄りのスーパー（カルフールエクスプレス）まで徒歩5分程度です。より大きく24時間営業のカルフールマーケットまで徒歩10分以内です。 ・ホテルにランドリーはないものの、S.Giovanni駅方向徒歩15分弱のコインランドリーを利用できました。 ・広場に設けられたテーブルで快適に優雅な朝食をいただけます。このレストランは、市内でも「美味しい」「工夫されたメニュー」「比較的リーズナブル価格」ですので、昼食・夕食にお勧めです。 ・スタッフのみなさんは明るく親切にサポートしてくれました。頼りがいのある存在です。 ・旧市街中心部といえる一方で「観光客が溢れているわけではない」広場の一角という絶妙なロケーションで、コモの街の良さを感じることができました。 ・「こぢんまりとした家庭的なホテル」に泊まりたかった私のニーズにぴったりでした。

− ・お部屋に冷蔵庫はありません。 ・S.Giovanni駅からは充分に徒歩圏内といえるものの、旧市街は石畳で、その他エリアの舗装にも段差が多く、キャリーカートを有しての移動には充分に余裕を持つことをおすすめします。 ・レストランの夕食は19時から。水曜定休です。人気があって座席が埋まることもあるので、事前にあなたのスケジュールと確認しておくべきでしょう。

Great Location but not ideal in the summer

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are nice to talk to. The downstairs restaurant is also one of the best in the area. The location is perfect in the city center for walking.

− The air conditioning is not very strong. It was miserable to sleep as the room was constantly hot. Even after informing the staff, they could not change anything. Also, the breakfast is very minimal. Just bread and pastries with some cold cuts. No fresh eggs or anything. The location is difficult to reach by a taxi.

Todo muy limpio y parece recién reformado. Un lugar muy tranquilo y muy cómodo que tienen un restaurante abajo mismo.Personal habla varias idiomas y nos han prestado servicio de concierge de 5 estrellas. Perfecto para mover por la cuidad y cerca de ferry.
