9.0Excellent food, some of the best I've had in hotels. Great kids clubs for the different ages. Beatiful adult spa area with a daily salt peel.
− Absolutely gorgeous location, but a car is required if you want to take advantage of everything the local area has to offer. Cabs are absoutely extortionate, €60 one way for a 15 minute drive. Despite the amazing facilities, pillows for some reason are really soft and I needed 4 to make an actual pillow. Getting told off by the sauna master for not taking my swimsuit off in the steam room was not a highlight.

7.0Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Rahmen einer Durchreise im Hotel und haben aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht. Insgesamt bietet das Haus wirklich viel. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Angebote für Kinder sind wirklich hervorragend, Spielmöglichkeiten, Schwimmbad, Rutsche, alles top organisiert und liebevoll gestaltet. Der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad haben uns sehr gut gefallen, sauber und einladend. Das Essensangebot war sehr gut, die Auswahl reichhaltig und qualitativ überzeugend. Der Service im Restaurant und allgemein im Hotel war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.
− Was uns allerdings gestört hat: Schon beim Betreten unseres Zimmers (4. Etage) war ein deutlich muffiger Geruch wahrnehmbar. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass sich das durch Lüften bessert, aber der Geruch blieb leider während des gesamten Aufenthalts. In dieser Preiskategorie sollte so etwas aus unserer Sicht nicht vorkommen. Wir haben vor Ort nichts gesagt, da wir nur zwei Nächte dort waren, aber im Nachhinein ärgert es mich doch, denn der Zimmergeruch hat das sonst sehr positive Gesamtbild spürbar getrübt.
