10.0The service was excellent the staff made the room very clean when asked and no personal loss was there which was very need and the lightings were warm and welcoming
− The restuarant was a bit pricey but taste was good along with that rice portion was less for the price

− The bathroom drainage was clogging and after I raised this issue, the staff told me that the pipe is narrow. Basically they knew the issue and never bothered to fix it.

− The staff was lazy and unresponsive. They had cylinder problems while we didn't face that issue in any other hotel in Shillong. Atleast they should arranged breakfast in collaboration with any restaurant. They had ample staff but room was not cleaned till late evening while we had told them to clean the room in the morning itself.
Overall pleasant for students and office goers and business visitors.
