10.0The breakfast was very good. On the first day, it was served as an open buffet, while on the other days it was available by request. Breakfast was included with the reservation. Overall, the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and everything was very clean. The staff were amazing. They were always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Communication was excellent, and they made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Their hospitality made our experience even better. The hotel also offered many excellent complimentary services, including a sauna, swimming pool, free parking, a campfire night, fishing equipment, and many other activities. These extra amenities made our stay even more enjoyable and added great value to the overall experience.
− The house was a bit small. The bedroom was on the second floor, which was fine, but the stairs were quite steep and difficult to climb. The bed was also not very comfortable, which made it harder to get a good night's sleep.

− Ao chegar no local foi dito que minha reserva estava cancelada, sendo que no booking constava confirmada, e a atendente disse que eu *tive sorte de ter encontrado um lugar* , tratam de forma diferentes os hóspedes. Áreas em comum extremamente sujas, deterioradas, mal atendimento dos funcionários para auxiliar com a sauna, por fim nem usamos. Comodidades simples sem Internet, sem muitas coisas para o preço cobrado. Crianças pilotando quadriciclos em alta velocidade pelo condomínio.

10.0Os funcionários são espetaculares: todos muito educados, disponíveis e simpáticos. Fiquei encantada. A limpeza de todos os ambientes (banheiros, restaurantes e quarto) também me chamou a atenção.

Muito bonito, quarto com banheira ótimo, mas não espere serviço total de um hotel, é uma estância.
8.0Quarto apto amplo , banheiro bom, vista da sacada, sistema de som do quarto diferencial e café da manhã e simpatia da maioria dos funcionários!
− Infelizmente almoço é básico, pela proposta do local ser focada nos chalés, são poucas opções de jantar, apenas pizza, porções e lanches. Gostei muito do quarto com banheiro mas foi ruim encontrar pó nas colchas e fronhas das outras camas muito manchadas de umidade. E ducha fraquíssima parecia entupida.
