8.0Michels ist immer gut wir sind immer sehr zufrieden!
Prima Duits familie hotel met wellness, ik had wat meer verwacht voor de prijs die ik betaalde.
8.0Handige lokatie, centraal in de Eifel. Typisch familie hotel met uitgebreide wellness (opties) en eigen restaurant. Kamers zijn comfortabel, ruim en zeer schoon. Goed onbijtbuffet met voldoende keuze. Het hotel is vrij groot, met meerdere ruimtes (sommige nieuw aangebouwd), dat maakt het in het begin een beetje zoeken. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De eigenaren (familie) is goed zichtbaar en loopt langs de tafels tijdens ontbijt en diner en houdt hier en daar een praatje.
− Het diner van het half pension viel nogal tegen, ik had de goulash met enkele taaie stukjes vlees en verder veel saus. De rest van de gerechten was ok... maar niet echt wat je verwacht voor de ruim €300 per kamer per nacht (half pension). Ook was onze tafel naast het ontbijtbuffet, wat vol ijver door het personeel werd opgebouwd terwijl wij nog aan ons diner zaten, dat is niet zo sfeervol. De volgende avond hebben we gekozen om a la carte te eten in het restaurant, dat was zeker beter, maar ik zou er niet een derde avond gaan eten. Het hotel heeft ook een kleine gym met wat apparaten die uit stonden elke keer als ik ging (wellicht staan ze standaard uit?). Eerste keer moest ik iemand zoeken om ze aan te zetten, en tweede keer kon ik niemand vinden en heb ik het maar opgegeven.
