− Old rooms, broken shower, not fresh sheets, no toilet paper. Had to leave early for safari, got take away breakfast - banana & 2 pieces of white bread. At least a boiled egg could be included.
It’s a good place to stay for a couple of days while you do a safari.
9.0Once you climbed up to the 3rd floor, the view out the back of the rice paddies and the lake was peaceful. Maduwa was extremely helpful. The AC in our room worked. The WiFi worked well in our room, but didn’t quite reach out to our balcony.
− I’m not sure why, but the windows in the front and back were closed, so there was no way for the breeze to make its way through the building, so it was very stuffy. Fortunately the AC worked well, as did the WiFi. The earliest we could get breakfast served was 9:20, which is way too late for someone who likes to eat as soon as they wake up. To his credit, Maduwa did serve us breakfast after we returned from our safari around 10:30. There are only a couple of restaurants semi-close to the hotel, but it is a hot walk in the middle of the day.
