7.0− re train or re hire front desk staff. no one seemed to want to work there. it's really ok to say " good morning", "welcome to the bishop, how can I help you?" or something similar instead of ignoring guests and barely smiling. check in felt like we were doing them a favor.
Nice hotel. Great location, expensive.

− Somewhat noisy in hotel near kitchen. Minimal facilities in hotel.
Had stayed there years ago was very has lost its personalized touch. They used to serve hot fresh cookies every afternoo

− Small bedrooms no lamp on one side, they provide kitchen with no washing up provisions. Would be nice if breakfast facilities opened earlier.

− Wish they had an option for a room with 2 queen beds available as we paid more for a suite for 3 of us which had a kitchenette we didn’t use, you had to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom, and the sofa bed was fine for a night but not for a longer stay. But the room was clean and nice. Note the stairs are long and steep and no elevator which could be a problem for some, but it’s a historic building so understandable.

− I’m a light sleeper and the place is old so you can hear the kitchen staff early in the morning. Also it would be nice if there was space to put your things on in the bathroom.
