Ponta View Hotel

The hotel is poorly equipped and very frustarting that staff barely understand English

Staff were really willing to support but only 1 or barely 2 undersatnd English. The saviour for me was Zeca the Bar man. He went and goes over and above to ensure guests are comfortable. Very frustarting that even the receptionist who is supposed to check you in barely understood a word in English. She called Zeca from his assingment position (bar area) to hyelp me settle in and even make payments.

− The price ratio. The premise qualifies for half it's cost or slighly below. The rooms are so tight, not exceptionally clean, I encountred stained towels and beddings. The bed is very hard and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Zecda made sure I had great meals when I ordered for them.

Amazing experience in Ponta view hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Great hospitality more especially to Teressa the Manager.

− Tenho varios pontos que realmente nao gostamos como casal. Um ponto foi ja de inicio onde nos foi entregue as chaves pelo guarda, com as botas sujas e entrou pelo quarto para nos apresentar " a cama e a wc". Segundo ponto que foi mesmo mau ao ponto de nos fazer sair por mais que realmente nos interessasse ficar na ponta de ouro por mais uma noite foi a poluição Sonora que o proprio hotel permitiu que um cliente pusesse musica todo dia e toda noite , alto e mau som . Foi pedido ao hotel as 20h que controlassem a situação que ja estava descontrolada com tanto alcohol... e eles simplesmente ignoraram. Portanto para quem procura descansar nao aconselho e pelo preço nao vale .
