2.0Doar ca locatie
− Am fost cazați 3 zile(am stat doar 2) în această locație și am plecat cu un gust amar. Nu recomand nimănui, mai ales familiilor cu copii! 1. Lipsă de respect și discriminare: Am primit altă cameră decât cea rezervată, situată la etajul 2. Camera nu avea geamuri exterioare, creând o atmosferă sufocantă și sinistră, de „temniță”. Am auzit personal recepționera vorbind la telefon cu patronul: ne-au schimbat camera rezervată de la parter cu cea fără geamuri de la etajul 2 doar pentru că aveam un copil mic și au vrut „să nu deranjăm ceilalți clienți”. Este o discriminare revoltătoare! Am solicitat pătuț de copii (care ar fi trebuit asigurat), dar solicitarea noastră a fost complet ignorată, fără niciun răspuns. 2. Igienă deplorabilă și miros insuportabil: La intrarea în cameră ne-a lovit un miros extrem de puternic și toxic de clor sau alte substanțe chimice stridente. Lenjeria de pat era pătată și neigienizată corespunzător. În baie, cabina de duș era plină de mucegai, un real pericol pentru sănătate, mai ales pentru un copil. 3. Lipsă totală de servicii de curățenie: Pe parcursul celor 2 din 3 zile de sejur, nu s-a făcut absolut deloc curățenie în cameră. Singurul lucru pe care l-au făcut a fost să schimbe prosoapele, în rest praful și mizeria au rămas neatinse. Notă: 1/10 (și acea notă doar pentru prosoapele schimbate). Evitați această locație dacă vreți un concediu reușit și respect pentru banii plătiți!
