− My mistake for not checking if there was a lift to our rooms. Too many stairs for 2 disabled pensioners. Plus I hadn’t realised there were a set of stairs down to my bathroom so I was unable to use bathroom and had to use my friends bathroom in room next door. Plus in this heat a wee bottle of water in rooms would have been very well received. I know hotel is up for sale but no excuse to drop standards.

− The electronic room key didn't work properly. We had to have it reset three times. We had to adjust twice for bathroom products including g toilet roll and bath gel.
