guter Aufenthalt, Verhalten Personal mit viel Luft nach oben!( ausgenommen Zimmerpersonal!!)....
7.0Frühstück durchschnittlich....aber ausreichend, es gab auch zugewandtes Personal!!
− Zu enge Tische, im Bereich des Frühstücksbüfetts stand man sich auf den Füssen. Personal ohne wesentliche Regung. Im Bereich des Restaurant teils distanzlose Antworten, langes Warten auf Möglichkeit zu bestellen. darauf vorwurfsvolle Antwort, man hätte schliesslich auch draußen zu bedienen...Bringen nicht bestellter Getränke. ein so schönes Restaurant kann so nicht zu einem Erlebnis werden.........schade, weil das Konzert grossartig war.

10.0Die Lage des Schlosses ist phantastisch. Es ist umgeben von einer großzügigen Parkanlage und liegt an einem kleinen See, in dem man auch baden kann.

− - Geschlossenes Restaurant, keine Essensmöglichkeit vor Ort. - Zimmersuche schwierig, da keine Informationen wo sich diese befindet. - Laubbläser früh am Morgen vor 8 Uhr. - Wellness/Fitness 3 km entfernt. - Frühstück deutscher Standard, nichts Besonderes. - Keine Reaktion beim Checkout auf Kritik/Feedback! - Duschen unter der Dachschräge für große Menschen Wir werden nicht wieder kommen und können das Hotel auch nicht empfehlen.
