10.0It's very hard to condense our opinion in a mark. The building is beautiful, the environment as well, and the small lake gorgeous. Breakfast is very good as well. The only issue is the staff. There has been a misunderstanding. My wife, a young thin woman who cannot speak a work of Czech, used their washing machine, which was not allowed, but we did not know - open door, no writing, no sings, etc. A member of the staff, a middle age man, yelled at her in a very hysterical and villain way, and she got scared till tears. I pointed out we mistook, but the reaction of the staff was absolutely neurotic and inappropriate. That episode ruined our last night. In the following hours, no one knocked our door for apologising - as it was expected. So we asked gor written excuses, that we got a day later, but without real and personal involvement. That said, although I personally can hardly recommend this hotel for our personal experience, and I should point it out, I don't think that a member of staff / management and their OCDs and frustrations should affect an otherwise very fine experience. That's the reason of the scoring.

8.0Velmi hezká lokalita. Z terasy restaurace výhled přímo na vodu přehrady. Přehradu lze obejít či objet na kole. V blízkosti také zajímavý zámek Plumlov. Prostředí hotelu příjemné a čisté. Snídaně byla příjemným překvapením. Poměr ceny a kvality výborný.
− Velmi měkké matrace. Vybavení pokoje již trochu zestárlé, ale velmi zachovalé. Lednice s minibarem má své výhody, avšak někomu by mohl vadit její hluk.

9.0Líbilo se nám v podstatě vše, uvažujeme, že to není naposledy.:) Jen bychom pro bezbariérový vstup doplnili čistící zónu. Jinak velmi vstřícní lidé, krásné prostředí, skvělá snídaně... Stojí za to přijet.
