− Primeira noite uma máquina ligada, barulho horrível não foi possível dormir, de manhã furadeira ligada não foi possível dormir, piscina interditada, Reforma do prédio cheiro de tinta, barulho demais, desrespeito total com os hóspedes, ninguém vai no hotel para ficar cansado, mas sim para descansar e isso não foi possível, inclusive. Creio q qdo estiver fazendo reforma não pode receber hóspedes. Levei meus irmãos e ficamos decepcionados. Inclusive deveríamos ser ressarcidos, pois não foi possível aproveitar nada.
