Déçue, surtout pour le prix payé !
6.0Juste la piscine mais accessible seulement de 10h à 18h ce qui est dommage !
− La propreté n’y était pas, la chambre poussiéreuse , le sol sale, les vitres remplis de traces de doigts ainsi que l’armoire. Une odeur de renfermé en entrant dans la chambre. Les couloirs vétustes . Des fissures sur le plafond dans la chambre, mobilier abîmé , peinture écaillée, porte abîmé,… On est arrivé tard vers 22h, fatigué, aucun accueil , le réceptionniste a à peine dit bonjour. Bref, ne vaut pas du tout un 4 étoiles ! Si ce n’était pas la fatigue , on ne serait pas resté !

− Wij vonden dit hotel helaas de prijs absoluut niet waard. Voor wat je betaalt, mag je echt veel meer verwachten. Het ontbijt was erg slecht en bood weinig keuze of kwaliteit. Daarnaast waren er meerdere gebreken aan de kamer. De badkamerdeur klemde zo erg dat je bijna opgesloten zat wanneer je de deur dichtdeed. Wat ons ook enorm stoorde, was dat de stroomkaart voor de airco overdag uit de kamer werd gehaald tijdens de schoonmaak. Daardoor kwam je telkens terug in een bloedhete kamer. Vervolgens duurde het erg lang voordat de airco de kamer weer enigszins koel kreeg, en zelfs dan werkte deze niet naar behoren. Ook de deur van de hotelkamer sloot niet vanzelf. Je moest hem echt handmatig goed dichttrekken. Doe je dat niet, dan blijft de deur gewoon openstaan en kan in principe iedereen zo naar binnen lopen. Dat voelt allesbehalve veilig. De service liet eveneens te wensen over. Bij de receptie zaten regelmatig meerdere medewerkers, maar er werd geen enkele hulp aangeboden met de bagage. Je rijdt zelf met een zware bagagekar langs de receptie terwijl er vijf medewerkers zitten, zonder dat iemand je aankijkt of aanbiedt om te helpen. Dat geeft helaas een erg onverschillige indruk. Al met al vonden wij de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding zeer teleurstellend. Voor deze prijs hadden we veel betere service, onderhoud en comfort verwacht. Helaas zouden wij dit hotel daarom niet aanbevelen.

9.0Personnel à l’accueil très sympathique. Bel emplacement. Vue exceptionnelle sur le coucher du soleil depuis les chambres. Parking gratuit et sécurisé. Grande piscine. Très bon petit déjeuner avec un personnel aux petits soins.
− Lit d’appoint peu confortable pour un adolescent. Ne fournit pas les serviettes pour la piscine.
