− Була неприємна ситуація із замовленням льоду в номер. Подзвонили по внутрішньому телефону в ресторан. Попросили принести лід в номер. Дівчина на тому кінці сказала, що потрібно звернутися з цим питанням до адміністратора (?). В розмові по телефону адміністратор трохи некоректно відповів (дозволив собі некоректні висловлювання в бік ресторану). Лід принесли, але залишився неприємний осадок від розмови з адміністратором з-за його висловлювань в бік ресторану.
В целом все неплохо, но хотелось бы чтоб персонал не просто заселял тебя, а заботился и находил решение твоим,но факту с
7.0Спа, большой комфортный номер, большая территория, вкусный ресторан, скидка на спа при учете проживания, просеко в качестве угощения на завтрак, было бы классно, если бы такая функция была при заезде в номер.
− В номере отсутствовала горячая вода, батарея в ванной не работала, что неудобно, так как не на чем сушить полотенца/ купальные костюмы, так же в номере заметны долгие следы эксплуатации на столах, а на ресепшене не спешат помочь решить твою проблему.
