Overall a rather poorly run establishment in a wealthy city with limited accommodation choices
4.0Its beautiful and peaceful location in the country with far reaching views. Good choice of walking trails nearby
− The showers do not work properly and have not done so for quite some time. ("Technicians can't locate the problem") There is no air conditioning and the "ventilation system"(?) in my room did not work. The air was still and the bedding too warm for comfort while smoke from adjacent balconies entered my room during the night. Rooms are quite small. Breakfast is adequate but could easily be improved as is the case with the surrounding lawns and gardens. The unfortunate absence of upmarket hotel competition in the surrounding region lets them get away with some undeserved praise..

9.0Das Zimmer war toll mit sehr bequemen Bette , der Pool ist überragend und hat uns die notwendige Erfrischung geliefert und das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich!
− Das kulinarische Angebot des Restaurants war mäßig, das Essen leider nicht sonderlich hochwertig dafür aber Fine Dining Preise verlangt, das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung aber nach dem Motto "nichts Besonderes"
Entspannender Kurzurlaub mit fantastischer Aussicht.
9.0Die Lage des Hotels auf der Achalm mit weitem Blick auf das Land, die umliegenden Vulkankegel und die schwäbische Alp ist einmalig schön.
− Die Versorgung mit Badetüchern für die Nutzung des Außenpools war grenzwertig.
