9.0Gutes kleines Hotel, tolles Lokal mit italienischer Küche, freundliches Personal. Matratze und Kopfkissen ok - daher nur 9 von 10 Sternen. Rest war perfekt.
Tolle Unterkunft direkt an einem Veloweg.
8.0Wir hatten ein sehr grosses schönes Zimmer im ersten Stock! Der Biergarten und vor allem das Restaurant ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert. Das Essen , ein Gemisch aus Bayrisch unt Italienisch war total fein.
− Dass es keinen Lift hatte und ich meine schweren Velotaschen die Treppe hochschleppen musste! Aber ist ja klar, dass man in so einem altehrwürdigen Gebäude keinen Lift einbauen kann.

3.0Die Pizza am Abend zuvor.
− Wurde des Platzes Verwiesen auf der Terrasse als einzigster Gast. Sollte unbedingt etwas trinken. Wohlgemerkt als zahlender Hotelgast! Habe in 4 Nächten mit Restaurantbesuch 500EUR dort gelassen und wurde am letzten Tag um 15Uhr rum des Sitzplatzes im Biergarten Verwiesen weil ich keinen Durst hatte. Ein anderer Platz wurde mir auch nicht angeboten. Wohlgemerkt es saß niemand sonst im Biergarten, also stören durch Nicht-Konsumieren konnte ich niemanden. Stattdessen wurde/ wollte der Typ eine Diskussion am Hotelgast lostreten. Bin nur noch weg, so eine Unfähigkeit im Gastgewerbe ist mir noch nie untergekommen. Aber dieser Besitzer hat seinen absolut negativen Ruf weg in Heilsbronn! Nun auch bei mir bestätigt! Mich sehen die dort nie wieder.Erst nach Besitzerwechsel. Schade um die Angestellten die dort alle einen super Job machen!
