− Bedding was just a loose sheet on the mattress and a fleece blanket, not really enough to be comfortable. There wasn't a bin in the room, only in the bathroom. There was no soap of any kind provided. The shower didn't seem to have a temperature control, just on and off. There was no bedside light.

− Over charged me even though I told and showed the receptionist the total confirmed price inc tax on the confirmation booking. She insisted I had to pay tax again.
