8.0Przyjazny, pomocny personel który tworzy klimat tego miejsca. Hotel przyjazny zwierzętom. Darmowy parking. Jacuzzi na wyłączność, wspaniały widok, taras ciszy.
− Skromne śniadania z bardzo ograniczonym asortymentem, do tego bufet o 9:00 był prawie pusty. Niewygodna, zbyt wysoka poduszka. Maleńki telewizor za nisko postawiony. Brakowało mi możliwości zrobienia sobie herbaty wieczorem ponieważ nie ma czajnika w pokoju a bar działa do 20:00. Odczuwalne jest to że obiekt działa na pół gwizdka z powodu niskiego obłożenie.

7.0Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko wyjścia na górskie szlaki - Radziejowa, Wysoka. W pokojach, jak i całym obiekcie jest czysto. W pokojach znajdują się ręczniki i mydło, a suszarkę można wypożyczyć w recepcji. Smaczne, obfite śniadania w formie szwedzkiego stołu oraz lokalne dania z karty w hotelowej restauracji. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Sprawnie działające WiFi, co jest ważne, bo z zasięgiem GSM są duże problemy.
− Przydałaby się klimatyzacja w pokojach oraz czajnik. Warto wymienić lub wyprać wykładziny podłogowe, gdyż brzydko pachną.

10.0Fantastyczne miejsce dla ludzi, którzy cenią spokój, ciszę i bliskość przyrody. Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu, wręcz jak rodzina. Super restauracja! Pierogi i zupy najlepsze, jakie jadłam. Inne dania też świetne. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Czyściutkie pokoje i coś z czym się nie spotkałam wcześniej, czyli bardzo duży taras ciszy z widokiem na góry, leżakami, kanapami i stolikami, kocykami i poduszkami. No i na dodatek hotel jest psiolubny, a za psa ze schroniska zapłaciłam połowę ceny.
