7.0Ligging prima. Ruime schone kamer. Goede douche. Prima ontbijt met heerlijk brood. Receptie bij uitchecken vriendelijk. Zowel engels als duits sprekende receptie. . Er was verwarring over betaling, bij inchecken moesten we al betalen, terwijl er ook bedrag was gereserveerd op de creditcard, mevrouw aan balie loste dit vlot op. Balkon mooi ruim. Waterfles op kamer. Genoeg handdoeken.
− Er waren bouwwerkzaamheden rondom gebouw. Waardoor lawaai en geen mooi uitzicht. Erg gehorig vanaf 5 uur S ochtends rennende, schreeuwende kinderen boven onze kamer. Bij inchecken jongeman niet erg vriendelijk, leek erg gestrest, sprak Engels terwijl wij ook prima duits spreken, komt raar over. Als je met de trap gaat is het gebouw doolhof van deuren, laat gasten gewoon met de lift gaan. Ontbijt was prima, maar werd slecht aangevuld, snap ik er was maar een dame, die duidelijk wel hard werkte. Geen vers gesneden fruit, maar uit blik. Geen verse jus d'orange. Parkeren is onduidelijk. Harde bedden, onmogelijke kussens. Geen koelkastje. Geen lekkere stoel.

8.0We had a large room with a decent view out over the road towards the museums. Bicycle parking was safe underground, if a little complicated to get in. We appreciated early check-in. The reception staff member was particularly helpful when I had to return the following day to collection something I had inadvertently left in our room on departure.
− It would have been nice to have a minibar/fridge and electric jug as we decided to stay a couple of nights.
