− Podczas śniadań zauważalne były kolejki do ekspresu do kawy. Dodatkowym utrudnieniem była jego lokalizacja - bezpośrednio przy stanowisku z ciepłymi daniami, co powodowało krzyżowanie się ruchu gości i utrudniało swobodne poruszanie się po małej sali. W godzinach największego obłożenia prowadziło to do niepotrzebnego tłoku oraz sytuacji, w których goście wzajemnie sobie przeszkadzali.
Generalnie pobyt bardzo udany
10.0pokój bardzo ładny, fajny basen i bania, Sałny też były extra, Super pomieszczenie gdzie można pograć też w bilarda.
− Pokój nr 15 jest pokojem blisko tarasu restauracji i jest w nim głośno oraz nie można odsłonić okna bo ludzie z restauracji wszystko widzą.

10.0Restauracja i kuchnia, przemiła obsługa, rewelacyjne dania, lokalizacja i widokI :) mimo kilku uwag, które mam nadzieje ktoś przeczyta z obiektu i poprawi, chciałym tutaj wrócić.
− Czystość, niby ok na pierwsze wejście, ale tu włos tam włos, puszka od piwa w szafie - pusta ;), to poszła w ruch zawieszka na drzwi zastosowana 2x "sprzątnie pokoju" i niestety tylko wymiana ręczników i lekkie przesłanie pościeli, łazienka bez prby czyszczenia. Chyba brakuje takiego gospodarza od drobnych poprawek w części hotelowej i SPA (Kuchnia i restauracja to inna bajka) - prysznic niby działa, ale uchwyt połamany, uszczelki nie do końca szczelne i woda leci po podłodze, łóżko podwójne, ale materace pojedyncze i mamy rozjazd :), ręczniki czyste, ale na 3 zmiany 2x dostałem z dziurami. Sauny są ok, parowa możliwe, że działa ale jakoś szybko stygnie, niestety schłodzenie po saunie lepiej robić pod prysznicem, bo zimna woda w "bani" była hmmm normalnie brudna z jakimiś kłakami i w sumie za ciepła (przepływ zakręcony i coś tam sobie kapało). Ogólnie polecam ten obiekt mimo to, personel bardzo pomocny i miły, a kuchnia w tym śniadania i dania z karty bardzo dobre :) to największy plus, osobiście polecam pokoje na piętrze od strony strumienia, chyba że lubisz patrzeć na parking i spacerujących gości ;) tez nie ma tragedii :)
