8.0− It was a shame hot breakfast was not offered!! There was fruit & biscuits in the room, but the orange juice was really warm!!!!

10.0I had a fantastic stay at the Masons Arms and couldn't fault the experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean and well maintained, with excellent facilities that made the stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, and well equipped. A special thanks to Gary, who provided exceptional customer service throughout our stay. He was friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The facilities are excellent, including the pub and local area. Everything was spotless and clearly well looked after. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming and high-quality hotel with a touch of village life on the side.
