Khách sạn vô cùng tệ, nhân viên thái độ, không nhiệt tình, không chuyên nghiệp, chưa bao giờ mình trải nghiệm dịch vụ tệ
1.0Không có điểm nào thích vì quá thất vọng về dịch vụ và phòng nghỉ rất tệ.
− Ks bố trí cho đoàn mình 2 phòng trên tầng 4 (tầng trên cùng của khu nhà gia đình ở), khu này không phải khu phòng khách sạn nên rất bừa bộn, mắc treo quần áo ngổn ngang, ngoài sân là kho chứa đồ bụi bẩn. Phòng nghỉ ẩm mốc, rất hôi, nhiều gián, ga gối không sạch, không gian bí, điều hoà không mát (phòng là khu nhà ở nên không chuyên nghiệp, không đủ điều kiện kinh doanh khách sạn). Sau khi phản ánh và đề nghị đổi phòng, nhân viên tỏ thái độ khó chịu với khách, giao tiếp không lịch sự. Đoàn mình quyết định trả phòng và trả phí phòng khoảng 30p sau khi nhận phòng, lúc này ks mới trao đổi bố trí cho 2 phòng khác và thu thêm tiền. Vì là dịp lễ nên việc tìm ks khác cũng khó nên đoàn mình ở lại, phòng mới đổi thuộc khu khách sạn cho thuê nên tử tế hơn nhưng nhìn chung ks cũ, phòng ẩm, hôi, không khô ráo sạch sẽ, nhiều gián nhỏ rất sợ ☹️ Nhân viên giao tiếp không lịch sự, không nhiệt tình, dịch vụ rất tệ, không chuyên nghiệp.
Tạm ổn.
