A Journey Ruined by Deception

− The hotel has 5 stars displayed on the façade, but it is not even worthy of 2 stars. The staff were rude and not helpful at all. We even had to carry our own suitcases ourselves. The overweight man who seemed polite by finding us a taxi ended up stealing our money. I asked to speak with the manager and the director, but I was never able to speak with either of them. I was even told that the owner has all the employees relatives, so it was useless to complain. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Cheaters, liars, rude people, and as happens in many cases in Turkey, they were thieves.

− Was so noisy inside, the air conditioning was so loud, the fridge was loud, the mattress was so uncomfortable i couldn’t sleep. You could hear other people talking and flashing toilets from next room. The food in the morning they only had 1 kind of ham and 3-4 pieces of another one ham. Not a lot of healthy staff no juices
