Das Hotel lag für uns optimal, dadurch konnten wir alle Wege zu Fuß erreichen.
9.0Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es wurde sofort auf gefüllt, wenn etwas alle war. Es gab immer eine aktuelle Tageszeitung und einen Veranstaltungskalender mit Tipps in und um Freiberg.

Hochinteressantes Konzept mit begeistertem Personal
9.0Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Eine Spätanreise war vollkommen problemlos. Nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Hotel erhielten wir per Mail einen Zugangscode zum Schlüssel und telefonisch erklärt, wie das funktioniert. Das war top! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und vor allem für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen perfekt eingerichtet, denn alles ist behindertengerecht ausgebaut. Das Personal sind vorwiegend Menschen mit verschiednenen Beeinträchtigungen, die alle mit Herz und Seele ihre Arbeit machen und das merkt man als Gast. Dies ist das nahezu einzigartige Konzept dieses Hauses. Unser Zimmer war groß genug und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und super präsentiert, obwohl bei unserem Aufenthalt nur wenige Gäste dieses in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Lage ist super. Mit dem Stadtbus ist man in wenigen Minutem im historischen Zentrum Freibergs.
− Durch die rollstuhlgerechte Dusche im Badezimmer mit nur einer schmalen Trennwand war nach dem Duschen der Boden großflächig nass, was sich kaum verhindern lässt. Wir hätten gerne einen Abstreifer gehabt, um das Wasser Richtung Abfluss zu befördern. So musste der Duschvorleger als Wischlasppen herhalten. Das lässt sich sicher leicht ändern.
