9.0Location. Staff were very nice and helpful. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia church. Burger King, McDonald's and local restaurants are just around the corner. Bathroom was very clean.

7.0It was near the metro station. Room was really tiny and they were nice enough to store our luggage overnight. There was a cafe nearby and grocery place where you cam buy water, etc.
− The building is old so you have really tiny elevator. The Front desk person will have to unlock the elevator so you can use it. They didn't provide complimentary water.

6.0Nice balcony to sit on in the evening having a decompression. Good bathing and bathroom facilities. Multiple reception staff were perfectly amiable with decent command of English Only two blocks away from Metro.
− Room cramped Room on seventh floor with lift only to sixth floor, then narrow stairs. Multiple reception staff became confusing... Large noisy equipment outside the balcony. Each of the bathroom units, sink, bidet, bath had non-functioning stoppers meaning that water could not be held in unit?!?
