Хотим выразить огромную благодарность сотрудникам отеля, в частности прекрасной Анаит, за теплый и душевный прием! Отель находится в уединенном месте, напротив окон бежит речка, и своим шумом прочищает мозг! Номера уютные, большие и чистые! Необычно, что на машине заезжаешь сразу в гараж, из которого по лестницам поднимаешься в номер! Ну а завтрак потрясающий приносят сразу в номер! Словом, в Ванадзоре у нас появилось любимое место для остановки!

**Excellent stay with exceptional hospitality** Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely recommend this property. This is not a typical hotel. It is a small building with only three or four rooms, creating a quiet and private atmosphere. There is no separate dining area, as breakfast is served directly to your room. Before preparing breakfast, the staff asks for your preferences, which is a very thoughtful touch. The hospitality was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, always checking if we needed anything and doing their best to meet every expectation. A contact person is available 24/7 if you need assistance or information. The room was spotless and very well equipped. It included everything you could possibly need, such as slippers, toiletries, a comb, cotton swabs, and many other amenities. The room was spacious enough, with a TV and a refrigerator stocked with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available for an additional charge. One feature we especially appreciated was the secure private parking located directly beneath the rooms. Access is controlled with a remote, allowing you to go directly from your car to your room, which is very convenient. The room was already prepared before our arrival, and we were even offered an earlier check-in at no extra cost if needed. The property is located near the river and a forest, providing fresh air and a peaceful environment. Although the surrounding area may initially appear somewhat abandoned, it is actually close to the city center. The nearby road is not busy, so the location is quiet with very little traffic noise. Overall, I highly recommend this property. The combination of exceptionally clean rooms, outstanding hospitality, peaceful surroundings, and convenient parking makes it one of the best accommodation choices in Vanadzor.

Приятный интерьер, чистота, комфорт. Изумительный завтрак! Администратору Анаит отдельная благодарность, вопросы решались мгновенно. Завтрак подала раньше положенного времени в 7.30, т.к. 8.00 нужно было выезжать. Организовала великолепный ужин быстро, вкусно и недорого. Приятный бонус от отеля - два бокала вина. За окном через дорогу река, под шум воды приятно засыпать и просыпаться. Спасибо большое, вы превзошли наши ожидания.

Очень классный отель.Как котедж.В нису в гараже ставите свое ауто и на втором этаже ваши опартоменты..Но Анаит...нет слов..Мы пол мира обездили,но таких людей,почти не видели🥰Приехали только в 2 часа ночи.Она нас встретила,как родных..А про завтрак .бес слов..Как у самово блисково человека.Спасибо вам огромное💛💚❤️The was one of the best hotels we ever stayed..People very kind..u feeling like with ur family.Hotel beside the river ..Few fantastic.Room.The is wee cottage..Personal garage for ur car and upstairs apartment🥰 100% recomend for everybody🥰Nuostabus viesbutis kotedzas..Anait..pasitiko,kaip savo gimines..Pusryciai net su naminiais kotletukais ir bulviu kosyte..Aciuuu..100% rekomendacijos..

Отель, о котором не мог не оставить отзыв. Добрейшие люди, очень просторный и чистый номер. Утром проснулся под шум речки за окном. Завтрак из свежайших продуктов, принесенный в номер, был просто великолепен.
