− Personnel pas aimable. Défaut de communication (pas de réponse pour une demande d'annulation de 2 nuits sur 5, et exigence de paiement de la totalité, non conforme aux modalités indiquées sur Booking.com, précisées d'un remboursement à 50%) Pas d'eau chaude. Très bruyant.

7.0The attentiveness of staff was nice, despite the previous reviews. The room was comfortable overall, all facilities were working (good wifi, kettle, fridge, shower, cooling fan). The hotel is located conveniently near the shopping centre and cafes.
− I was given the room without a window, however I have booked another, so I was a tough week for me (although it was quiet without the street noise). The renovation is not new, so it was not the best experience. The water in bathroom was not hot in the morning. And there was a small inconvenience — there was a night light on the wall, which was constantly turned on and I had to cut off the power in the room to do so… Also one cockroach has shown up during the week.
A deposit may be required at the property.
