− Really poor appearance. Room was moldy and walls were peeling.
Desperately needs renovation.

− Depressing exterior makes it look like a run down hospital or asylum. Wall paper in room was peeling off the walls and water stains covered the ceiling. Cobwebs visible. Dimly lit hallways. Spooky, sad vibe. Desperately needs a renovation.

7.0We needed a place to stay after a long day of driving And it was a half hour away from Cooperstown, baseball Hall of Fame.
− The rooms are a bit dated. Nothing fancy. For $200+ per night, I feel it was overpriced.
