10.0Das familiär geführte Hotel ist absolut außergewöhnlich. Die Familie so warmherzig, lustig, professionell und nett. Das ist kaum mehr zu finden. Das Essen ist absolute Bombe. Alles so so toll. Und ringsum die Berge. Man kann so viel wandern und unternehmen.

9.0Herzlichen Dank an das überaus engagierte Team des Hotels Bergkristall. Die Familie Haun-Anfang lebt und betreibt dieses Wohlfühlhotel mit ganzem Herzen und vollem Einsatz und bleibt dabei stets freundlich, bescheiden und überaus aufgeschlossen für die Bedürfnisse aller Gäste. Ja, hier fühlt man sich ganz schnell gut aufgenommen und persönlich betreut! Hervorragendes Essen, edler Saunabereich, geräumige und sehr sauber geplegte Zimmer und (natürlich) ein toller Barbereich als kommunikativer "Mittelpunkt" des Hotels bieten den Rahmen für einen gelungenen und entspannten Aufenthalt in der Bergwelt des Zillertales. Danke für 7 herrliche Tage, Danke für gute Gespräche und alle Aufmerksamkeiten... wenn wir dürfen... kommen wir sehr gerne wieder zurück. A & A
