− אין שירות חדרים לא מנקים וגם לא מחליפים מגבות נסעתי לאיזה יום והייתי בטוח שהם ינקו אבל לא ניקו פעם אחת כל השבוע וביקשתי לשלם באשראי ואמרו לי שאין ואני צריך לעשות ציינג וביום האחרון ראיתי ממש מול העיניים שלי מישהו משלם באשראי על החדר שזה מבאס

10.0Отель просто потрясающий! Удачное месторасположение(кафе, рестораны, аптеки, обменники, море в шаговой доступности). Сотрудники отеля добрые и отзывчивые люди, помогут с любыми вопросами. Номер чистый и уютный, есть всё необходимое. Это была наша первая поездка в Батуми, остались только положительные эмоции. Надеюсь, что вернёмся туда ещё не раз.Спасибо огромное!

− Di dema mayîna me de pirsgirêkên Wi-Fi gelek bûn. Di roja yekem de girêdana internetê qut bû û piştî guherandina tora Wi-Fi jî sibehê dîsa nekarî me bi internetê ve girêbidin. Asansor jî xerab bû û me neçar bûn ku bi pêyan herin û werin. Di warê alîkariyê de jî ez ne razî bûm. Dema ku min daxwaz kir ku ji bo taksiyek ku li cihê şaş rawestiyaye telefon bikin, karmendê resepsiyonê ne alîkarî kir û li şûna wê pêşniyar kir ku xwe me bibat bi nirxek gelek bilindtir. Herwiha, hem şofêrê taksiyê hem jî karmendê resepsiyonê English baş nizanîn. Ji ber van sedeman ez vê otelê pêşniyar nakim.
