− Kylpylän saunamaailma voisi olla monipuolisempi ja ulkoaltaat olis myös kiva.

− Hiukan liian kaukana Kuopion keskustasta. Meillä oli tosin auto käytössä. Voi olla että bussilla kun pääsisi, ei otettu selvää.

− Vessasta oli valoja palanut. Sängyissä aluslakanat oli aivan liian pienet!
Hieman ongelmallinen ja vanhanaikainen kylpylähotelli
5.0Kuntosali oli hyvä ja laitevalikoima oli ihan ok. Parkkipaikkoja oli riittävästi.
− Huone oli lattian osalta likainen. Ehdimme viedä tavarat huoneeseen ja yöpöydän alta paljastui roskia. Saimme avaimet seuraavaan huoneeseen, jossa oli sama juttu. Siivoja tuli puhdistamaan lattian, mutta tässä oli edes takaisin juoksemisesta yli puolituntia ja se aika oli pois kylpylästä ja muusta tekemisestä. Korvauksestakin piti neuvotella hotellivirkailijan kanssa.
